Install a door? $75/hr.

Consult on your permit? $75/hr.

Shop for your materials (although I’m happy to provide you with a list so you can do it yourself) ? $75/hr. + materials

Virtual appointment (e.g. show me your project via FaceTime)? $75/hr.
